As much as I love flowery dresses and cute little Peter Pan collars, I don't like them on me. I'm not much of a girly dresser; I feel much more comfortable in a pair of skinny jeans and a quirky/rocky t-shirt than a flowy dress. I've even been known to steal clothes from my brother (much to his dismay). I'd like to be more girly, but it just isn't me! I suppose part of blogging is becoming inspired by the style of others and pushing your own boundries. I'm going to try and step out of my comfort zone and be more girly, starting with these cutesy ballet pumps. Of course I couldn't help toughen them up a bit with the cross necklace and quirky earrings - baby steps!
With my summer holidays fast approaching, I have not stopped buying clothes in the recent weeks. It seems everytime I step into a shop I tend to forget I need to save some money to actually take on holiday with me! To make matters worse I'm taking a little trip to Portobello Market tomorrow...they accept Topshop earrings as payment in Europe, don't they?
Do you dress in your comfort zone, or have you tried something new recently? x
